PulseCheck measures the real pulse of a company’s workforce through genuinely anonymous surveys and insights an HR team can act on. It’s aimed at EU mid-market companies whose people have stopped answering the usual engagement surveys.
The Problem Link to heading
Employees don’t trust that engagement surveys are actually anonymous, so participation and honesty stay low. HR ends up with data it can’t act on, and the people who are about to leave are the ones who say the least.
The Approach Link to heading
Build the product around credible anonymity first, then turn the answers into clear signals instead of dashboards nobody opens. The goal is for HR to see what’s really going on early enough to do something about it.
What I’m doing Link to heading
As founder, I lead product, positioning, and engineering. That means deciding what the anonymity guarantee actually is, building the survey and insight side, and talking to HR people about whether it would change how they work.
